Neo-baroque palais at the Rheinpark

This beautiful building in Cecilienallee 4 can be found a prime location opposite the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. Originally it served as the palace of the court president and was built in the state of neo-baroque architecture. The Rheinpark Golzheim was created directly in front of the building. Later, the Düsseldorf branch of Berenberg Bank could be found in the villa. CENTRUM acquired the prestigious palais, which holds a total of 1,480 square meters in office space, in 2019.
