Alexanderplatz, “Alex” for short, is one of the most visited squares and best-known attractions of the city. Thanks to a compelling concept, CENTRUM got the nod as a partner for developing the headquarters of Berliner Sparkasse at Alexanderplatz, “Alexanderhaus,” for the bank’s 200th anniversary. As part of this, CENTRUM will redevelop the commercial space in the city’s hot spot, and lease and manage them long-term.
